What does Michael do?
Michael is Owner/Broker of Realty One Group Restore, and President/CEO of Kingdom Coaching, a business that focuses on developing leaders, teaching entrepreneurship, and promoting personal growth. His strong background in leadership, business, and training strategies allows him to support his agents as business owners. These business strengths have catapulted his Real Estate Brokerage to include 3 locations employing over 125 real estate professionals, and has earned him a solid stake in market share in the Tri-County Area. Michael also currently serves as a member of the 2023 Pennsylvania Association of Realtors Board of Directors and is Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion committee within his local Association of Realtors.
Michael's Journey to Purpose
Michael is a certified Leadership Coach, Speaker, and Trainer with The Maxwell Leadership Team since 2017. Michael established Kingdom Coaching LLC in 2020 and has developed multiple Business Building Curriculums to help every agent achieve their goals and achieve personal growth. With a focus on Diversity and Inclusion, Michael is licensed to teach signature classes including Empowered Living's "Everyone at the Table", which helps people become more effective leaders both personally and professionally. He is also a 6-Figure Mentor within the Empowered Living Community.
His Own Curriculum
Michael is now forming his own content, courses and curriculums. One of the courses being "Business Building in Action" (BBIA). This is a course he has been working on and teaching to his Realty One Group Restore agents for the past couple years to teach business owners how to manage their business and be successful. He currently continues to create and teach his content through "Mindset, Personal Growth & Development" bi-monthly trainings at Realty One Group Restore.
